Behind the Scenes of the Multimedia Performance

The main story of the projection mapping show the will be full of historical allusions, as 2017 marks the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution. The show «1917» is based on literature sources, diaries and memoirs of people who witnessed the events. The multimedia performance will also show historical characters played by professional actors. The filming crew of Russian and French directors and cameramen has already shot the key scenes in a green screen studio in St. Petersburg. The audience will see the original costumes from the Alexandrovsky Theater, specialists of historical reconstructions, Vladimir Lenin and other historical figures and, of course, the Storming of the Winter Palace. The public will enjoy the multimedia performance quite soon — 4 and 5 of November at the Palace Square. The show starts at 7 p.m.
